    And if the Koch brothers get their way and push through their version of "criminal justice reform" - he might not even face that much of a penalty.

    The Kochs have gotten lots of praise for their efforts to reform the criminal justice system - but a new report from the Center for Media and Democracy spells out exactly who the Kochs are trying to help out with their justice reforms.

    And the fact is - this is nothing but an effort to make it harder for white collar criminals and corporate executives to be held accountable for the actions of their company.
