Walter William DeLeon remained in critical condition on Tuesday, after Los Angeles police officers shot him four times when he waved them over for help on Friday night.The officers reportedly believed the 48-year-old father of two had a gun when he flagged them down with a towel wrapped around his hand.
After the officers shot DeLeon they established that he was not carrying a weapon.
