The past two years have brought record investment by Chinese corporations into the United States most of it through merging or acquiring American companies. In 2014, that investment totaled $12 billion dollars.
Among the benefits of such deals, these companies can now sell products stamped with "Made in the USA" back to Chinese consumers.
