The FBI arrested the maker of the “stealthGenie” app, charging the CEO with conspiracy and sale of a surreptitious surveillance device.
The software is designed to keep track of and monitor spouses, employees and others without their knowing, potentially intruding on individual’s privacy, according to law enforcement.
