A new building in New York’s expensive SoHo neighborhood is now offering parking spots in their underground garage to people who buy condos in the building.
For just one million dollars, residents can lease a parking spot that’s about 150 to 200 square feet in size.
That’s about 5 to 6 thousand dollars per square foot
