    African-Americans are unemployed twice as much as whites, according to new figures from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

    While many free market proponents view minority culture as the main reason for the disparity, some take an opposing view, believing the social and economic structure of the country is the chief culprit.

    RT’s Manila Chan discusses this view with Max Wolff, chief economist at Manhattan Venture Partners.
