In the United States, a pro-Palestinian demonstration has been held outside the Israeli Embassy in Washington, DC to protest against the Israeli airstrikes on the besieged Gaza Strip.
Similar demonstrations were held in several other countries to express solidarity with the Gazans and condemn the Israeli aggression against them.
In Jordan, Tunisia, Turkey, France, Egypt, Indonesia, and Britain, demonstrators called for the ruthless Israeli attack to be halted.
The demonstrators also condemned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for the relentless bombardment of the Palestinian territory and expressed support for the Palestinian people.
