Many folks have asked where these planes come from and who is authorizing these chemtrails.
Well here is part of the answer...
The President's National Science Adviser has approved the US's part in this world wide Chemtrail "PROGRAM".
It is run under the guise of controlling weather and ozone; and thereby reducing greenhouse effects.
This is of course a cover story.
The truth is, greenhouse effects, if you can call them that, are greatly increased by the magnification of the sun through these metals and silicon polymers that are floating around in the sky and falling down upon us.
Moisture in the atmosphere is being generated, corralled, then moved from place to place; drenching and flooding helpless victims in one area, while causing devastating droughts and fires in other places.
If our government really wanted to use these abilities to generate rain for our good, they would rain the fires out, quench the thirst in our bread basket and move the clouds along their natural path more quickly before floods and landslides could devastate our lands!!!
Military planes (Or commercial leased planes) are painted white - removed of nearly all identifying markings.
But they are US military contracts/experiments.
Look up Congressional documents involving chemtrails.
Every time they spray in any given area they have to give the FAA and local Airports 24 to 48 hours notice to adjust all flight plans.
